I have been a customer of Volvo of Memphis since they opened. They are hands down the best dealership around. The facility is always immaculate, the staff is always nice, and the service writers always know what they are talking about. I cannot say enough good about them and their service.

On September 18, 2023, I purchased a new 2024 Volvo and am happy that I chose to do business with Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg, Illinois. Because she was not pushy (I appreciated that very much), I chose to accept Belen’s assistance throughout the buying process. Gorgeous inside and out and brilliantly designed. This car purrs when you accelerate. Not only is it the safest car on the road, its luxurious and fun to drive.

No high pressure sales at all. If you want it there it is basically. Our entire experience from stopping by the lot to driving away in a newly purchased Jeep was about 3 to 4 hours max. Very fast and friendly staff.

We have owned various cars in past to include Chevrolet (Monte Carlo), Cadillac’s Deville/Eldorado), BMW’s (740i/740IL) and Volvo’s (240/244/V70) and now 2018 Volvo SUV XC90 T5. So far the XC90 out performs all of them with respect to comfort, ride, safety features and even gas economy is very good for size/weight of vehicle. Only draw back is premium gas required for this car but I have used mid range on/off and no noticeable loss of performance. Also most people that have seen our XC 90 make positive comments on color, wheels, interior, storage space, etc. Also purchased the T5 model with 7 seats for the family and three grandkids. Excellent SUV for the past 4 yrs (35k road miles). Recently purchased an Endurance extended warranty to 133k/5 yrs. We expect to drive this SUV like other Volvo’s 150k miles or more.

These wonderful people are so kind, friendly and honest. I have known them for years. We bought our vehicles here and are completely satisfied. Just finished a wonderful transaction with Bo and Del.

I have owned the Volvo XC90 from new,.i have had NO issues and enjoy driving this wondefully designed Vehicle.I have followed all the service Schedules and have Enjoyed 82,000 trouble free miles

My fantastic experience with Marcus and CJ was amazing!!! This was my first Volvo and I’m very pleased with my beautiful vehicle. XC60. Never had any major problems with the car. Mostly software problems but they were quickly fixed with a restart/reset of the system. The ride is bery comfortable and on long drives a pleasure to sit it. The place this car has is huge and every passenger has largly enough space. The car is slightly underpowered for such a heavy tank (only 235PS) but is still enough to have a comfortable ride (low RPMs) on the highway. I average 37-33mpg which gives me about 700 miles of range and if you’re not in a hurry and drive about 50-60mph you can even go up to 900 miles on the highway (I drive the mild-hybrid). I feel also safe driving it, thanks to all the assistants it has and the safety-history.

Derek Thomas was prompt and attentive to my service request. Derek Thomas also corrected a service recall on my vehicle which saved me having to make a separate appointment for the service recall. Enjoyed Derek Thomas taking care of my vehicle needs.

Jacques Smith was the best. He was very personable and answered all of our questions. Their was not the presumed rush or sales pitch upon entering. To be honest it was a very enjoyable. Everyone at the dealership seemed like family, which made the experience all that much better.

Derek Thomas has been service department point of contact since 2018 for my XC90 T6 R-Design. He always goes above and beyond for me whether its setting up a loaner car or ensuring my vehicle service is done as fast as possible. He's definitely my go to service coordinator anytime I bring my Volvo in for service.

Darrel sold us a 2010 Mercedes glk 350, he was such an awesome person to meet and he really helped us out! I honestly don't understand the people commenting complaints about financing or working on prices, they gave us no issue at all! This place was definitely different than any other car dealer I have been to, great experience!
