Unaware of the condition of the tires post purchase I returned to alderman's to discuss with Michael if there is something we could have missed on the inspection. I traveled in from out of state, and my salesperson, Ali, made the entire process incredibly easy. He was responsive, honest, and helpful from the very beginning. We handled almost everything over the phone before I arrived, and when my train was unexpectedly canceled, he even held the vehicle for me for an extra week without any hassle. That level of customer service is hard to find. Ali and his Sales Manager, Mike, were outstanding to work with. There were no games, no surprise fees, and no pressure to purchase unnecessary add-ons or gimmicks, which is especially rare when you are not financing. Honestly, it almost felt too good to be true because I kept expecting there to be a catch. I have purchased several vehicles over the years, and there is almost always something extra that dealerships try to slip in at the last minute. Instead, everything was exactly as they promised from the beginning. That level of honesty and transparency is incredibly refreshing and one of the biggest reasons this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They also respected my time. They knew I was in a hurry, and I was in and out in about an hour. The dealership was clean, organized, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Even though Bloomington Normal Automall is about three hours from where I live, I will absolutely check their inventory first the next time I am shopping for a vehicle. The drive is well worth it for honest people, outstanding service, and a completely stress free buying experience. I cannot recommend Ali, Mike, and everyone at Bloomington Normal Automall highly enough. If you are shopping for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and experience it for yourself. You will not regret it.

2020 Volvo V60 Cross Country review
I have now driven the Volvo V60 CC for three weeks and I'm very happy with my purchase. It is very comfortable and has a number of safety features. The gas mileage is exactly as advertised, 25 mpg of mixed driving.

2017 Volvo V60 review
I bought the car used from a non-Volvo dealer. I have not been driving much due to the pandemic, but a couple of computer glitches have arisen. I took the car into a Volvo dealer for service on the issue, thank goodness the car is still under warranty. The problem with the auto start-stop feature wasn't working, it was "fixed" but the problem has reoccurred intermittently. And now the side mirrors are not retracting upon shutdown... that isn't good.

2015 Volvo V60 review
My first Volvo coming from BMW’s. It’s very affordable to fix and initial cost. It’s comfortable and heated front and rear seats and steering wheel was a real selling point. Automatic transmission shifts ok also has sport mode or manual shifting options. Gas mileage is decent. Has start stop option you can turn on or off. Back up cam is great. Visibility all around is great for being a larger vehicle. No blind spots. Love it so far!
