Volvo Cars of QueensReviews
Volvo Cars of Queens review
This was one of my best experience shopping for a new car , Jerry Chen was the person I worked with . He is very knowledgeable and had the patience to explain to me about the car and he listened to my needs . Due to the pandemic and my age I had so much trust in him that I never walked in the shop . We did the sale by phone and he even bought the car to my place amd took my old lease car , We completed the paperwork outside and I love the car
2026 Volvo XC60 review
We just leased our third XC60 having previously leased a 2021 and a 2024. We find the 2026 similar with some improvements in the interior material and I believe a bit better performance than our 2024. Being a mild hybrid the mileage is acceptable as is acceleration. Volvo has the most comfortable seats for sure.

My check engine light was on. I dropped my car at the dealer. Pete Gragnano kept me informed at my car the whole time they had it. It was fixed quickly and I am 100% satisfied.

2022 Volvo XC60 review
This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

2026 Volvo XC60 review
We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Volvo XC60 at Ferman Volvo in Tarpon Springs. Our sales representative, Josh McCain, greeted us warmly and even offered us coffee as soon as we arrived. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and the whole team was professional and welcoming throughout. We would definitely recommend Ferman Volvo to friends and family looking for a new vehicle. Thank you for making our buying experience such a pleasure!

Empire Volvo Cars Smithtown review
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new vehicle, and I can confidently say that this was the most seamless and enjoyable dealership experience I have ever encountered. This success is entirely down to the incredible team, especially our salesperson, Lana Vladi, and the General Manager, Kristin Hendrick. From the moment we walked in, Lana provided exceptional service. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and, most importantly, completely free of any high pressure tactics. Lana took the time to understand exactly what we needed and guided us through the options with patience and genuine enthusiasm. She made the often stressful process of selecting a new car feel easy and fun. Equally impressive was the professionalism and care shown by General Manager Kristin Hendrick. She ensured the entire finalization process was smooth, transparent, and efficient. It is clear that Kristin sets a high standard for customer satisfaction and professionalism within the dealership. Knowing that the leadership team, like Kristin, is committed to excellence makes a huge difference. If you are looking for a new car and want an honest, pleasant, and first-class experience, ask for Lana Vladi. The combined dedication of Lana and Kristin makes this dealership truly outstanding. Highly recommended!

Glen Cove Volvo Cars review
My wife and I spent about two hours with Dennis Romero earlier this week test driving an XC 60 and reviewing options. Mr. Romero has a wonderfully soft and knowledgeable presentation style. We did not feel pressured at all, which had been a concern going in. My wife has not yet decided whether or not to replace her existing vehicle but if -- or rather when -- we will be going back to Dennis.

2024 Volvo XC90 review
On September 18, 2023, I purchased a new 2024 Volvo and am happy that I chose to do business with Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg, Illinois. Shortly after my arrival at Patrick, I was very lucky that I was courteously approached by Belen Amador, my Client Advisor. Because she was not pushy (I appreciated that very much), I chose to accept Belen’s assistance throughout the buying process. I was pleased that I had a seamless transaction because of Belen Amador’s expertise and exemplary customer service. She was knowledgeable, helpful and thorough before, during and after the sale. Patrick Volvo is fortunate to have Belen on their staff because she is an excellent representative for their dealership. There is no question that when I need another Volvo, I will most definitely contact Belen. It was my pleasure that I had the opportunity to do business with her. In addition, I would not hesitate to highly recommend Belen and Patrick Volvo to anyone else interested in buying a Volvo. I have purchased many cars over the years, and I must say that I do believe this was the best car dealership buying experience I have ever had. Thank you, Belen and Patrick Volvo!

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.
2025 Volvo XC60 review
Great first experience with a Volvo. We were looking for car that could possibly be a single car that would suit our needs moving into retirement. This car appears to check all the boxes for safety, reliability, economy and luxury. We need a mid dive suv that will give us comfort on longer trips as well as the economy of the smaller 4 cylinder without compromising power as provided by the turbo. The warranty and manufacturers maintenance plan are a benefit as well.

A very simple straight forward process. The entire team from start to finish was well organized, experienced and very cordial. They have refined the entire process from start to finish and kept it simple and streamlined. I couldn't be happier!
