Place is an absolute scam. I bought a vehicle which within the first few weeks found out it didnt have keys to the topper and was leaking oil. The truck... also failed emissions the first time for the gas cap. Then one month later the motor blew because it was sold with a blown head gasket. Now 5 months later after a new motor which I had to take a loan out for it now needs a new transmission. Took it to Toyota dealership today they told me to junk it out for parts cause it's not worth fixing and they wouldnt even let us trade it in if we wanted to. Toyota stated the truck even needed a new frame along with 5 other things to be fixed. We also had to get brand new tires because the cars alignment was so bad on it and also had to replace the starter already to. We bought this car not even a full 6 months ago for over book value. Save your money and go to someone that actually has morals. When I called to talk about the motor they basically told me not really my problem. The only thing they can say is should have bought a warranty. This has been nothing short of a nightmare. I understand used cars have some work to be done but as of right now I have put way more into this than it's even worth. They absolutely do not stand behind their vehicles and apparently think it's ok to sell a car that just works to drive off the lot.
Absolutely terrible experience with them. Crooked thieves I say. Glad I ended up not getting the vehicle from them. Not recommended!
~ I was in the automotive industry for over 15yrs so I have seen many levels of customer service. It shouldn't matter what type of dealer you are or how... big/little you are... There should ALWAYS be customer service! I called on a car we were interested in & the sales person who answered the phone was short, rude & so NOT Helpful!! No need to even bother going past the phone call!
