Service

Building very clean Had coffee in waiting area while waiting for vehicle to be serviced. That was very nice. Nick was very professional. Also spoke with Middleton in sales while waiting . He also was very nice and answered questions about different cars in show room .

My wife and I have driven Mercedes Benz over the years living in Houston. After relocating to SC we have selected Hendrick Lexus as our auto provider after test driving Lexus versus Mercedes Benz at Baker motors. Both Lexus and MB offer comparable luxury car’s however we felt Lexus was a more comfortable ride. We purchased a preowned LS 460 which was serviced at Hendricks. We brought our LS in for service and explore another Lexus.The service provided, attention to detail, loaner car availability was most impressive. Andrew Jur was the lead person for our service experience. We are currently working with Linda Barry for our purchase.

I have been a customers of Hendrick Lexus of CHS since 2011, I just purchase my second Vehicle, a Lexus RX 350. I had the pleasure of working with Linda Barry, who was a great advisor. I drive 2 hours to get my Lexus serviced because this dealership has terrific service. I really enjoyed the constant updates and engagement with the technician. They even shared a video of things they say needed attention under the hood.

I did not purchase my car here, but they have serviced it...

I did not purchase my car here, but they have serviced it since 2008. Always friendly, helpful and thorough with servicing. They have kept my car running well for over 206,000 miles, with no major repairs. Jared Young is my new service man, and explained all well, kept me informed and got me through quickly.

Andrew Jur was my service specialist. He was professional and very pleasant, willing to help out in any way possible. He's the type of individual that makes it a pleasure to do business with your dealership. He bypassed lunch to make sure I was able to get out in time to make another late afternoon appointment!

Satisfaction Plus

Lexus service department keeps my 22 year old RX300 in such good running condition that I continue to hesitate to trade it in for a brand new one.
