Yesterday was my first visit to your dealership. I arrived just before 8am. As the doors opened the first employee I saw, was Andrew Jur, who, after I explained that this was my first visit for a 25,000 mile service, immediately took charged, invited into his office, processed the paperwork, had my loaner vehicle ready and said that he would call me with updates on my NX. He, Andrew was true to his word. I appreciated his professionalism, his knowledge and friendly, positive attitude. He explained the operation of the hybrid RX, my loaner vehicle, Additionally I was was both amazed and impressed by the video sent to me by the technician/mechanic. I enjoyed a very positive experience and will definitely be a repeat customer for both service and purchase of vehicles in the future. Thank you Andrew Jur for a positive experience.

Jared Young was great! he was very quick, accommodating and Hendrick provided excellent service. They were thorough and on time while providing me with a loaner car as well, He was very courteous. Love Hendrick Lexus and love my car. they even cleaned it for me. Jared is the BEST

Maintenance/Service
I want to give a shout out to jarred for assuring our trip to Charleston for service on our Lexus was fast, easy and enjoyable. We drove from Lumberton NC. When we arrived he took our vehicles straight in, and had us a vehicle ready to go with no time wasted. We toured Charleston and enjoyed the day. He kept us informed about the service on the vehicles and let us know when the vehicle was ready. When we arrived back the service was completed and we were able to get straight on the road for our 3hour ride back to Lumberton. I have dealt with Cole and Jarred and both have been very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend Buying a vehicle from Charleston Lexus.
