Wonderful service

Kathy Harmon was an enormous help with my car service - she was easy to communicate with and extremely professional. She was able to fix my problem in a timely manner.

Friendly servic

All the staff are pleasant and professional. Bathrooms clean, waiting area pleasant and service was completed in less time than stated. Would like it if we could get a Lexus dealership in Myrtle Beach so I don't have to drive almost 2 hours for service. Worth the trip since the dealership is so great.

Lexus of Charleston set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Tay Major, Sales and Leasing Consultant was on the job, let me just say that again, Tay was on the job, responsive to all and I do mean all my questions, he is extremely knowledgeable, not only about vehicles, but he assisted in walking me through the entire process. Now if you know me when I'm purchasing an investment I do my research, and I came prepared to purchase a vehicle (finances in hand, insurance and good credit). Zephyr Chmura, Finance Management was awesome, he exceeded my expectations (1.9%) thank you, this process could not have been more seamless and pleasant. Their attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect. Matt Murphy, Technology Specialists programmed my car and Tay Major was there every step of the way until I drove off the lot, I gained another son and became part of the Lexus family again
