My experience with Hendrick Lexus Charleston was first class from the moment I walked into the dealership. My wife and I purchased an IS350 from Linda Barry, she was very professional and helpful throughout the entire transaction. I would highly recommend her!

I purchased a nearly new GX 460. Bill Ferguson in service was, as he always is , my first contact. I have worked with him for service for years with my old RX. He has always taken care of me in a personal and outstanding manner. He arranged for me to see Linda Barry in sales. She was outstanding. Showed me what I was interested in and we took a test drive. She was professional, thorough and attentive to my needs. Completely knowledgeable. Coming to terms took maybe 15 minutes. Most pleasurable experience. The finance manager David Wagoner was most pleasurable to work with and was most knowledgeable. My service experience over the years has been remarkable thanks to Bill seeing after me. Everyone with whom I came in contact was extremely courteous and genuinely was excited about their jobs and providing outstanding customer service and satisfaction. I can't say enough about my excellent experience with Lexus of Charleston with both service and sales. I won't go anywhere else.

Excellent service

Linda was very patient with me during this process. It was very refreshing to work with a female in a traditionally male dominated field. She really understands and actually listens. It was a pleasure to work with her!

Never disappointed

Tamara Tobin has been my service representative since I purchased my Lexus. She goes out of her way to be certain I understand the nature and cost of the service before proceeding. I’m sure all of the service writers are excellent at the dealership but I will only work with Tamara.
