Im from New Jersey, I tried to buy a new car but under some circumstances I could not, but Wilbur was trying so hard to get me the car. He would always be in touch with me even after HOURS! My first visit to Hendrick Lexus Charleston after relocating from another state. As an existing Lexus owner but debating whether or not to purchase a new car, I went to this dealership to check out the 2021 cars. Wilbur Wiggins met me as I entered. He discussed the cars, brought out several that met my specifications, and walked me through a no haggle sale. Wilbur was knowledgeable and professional, and easy to work with. We had a wonderful experience. Caroline was instrumental in our purchase. She answered all our questions and worked the numbers before we drove almost 3 hrs to their showroom. Caroline was off so she recommended we call Cole which we did. Cole was going to be tied up with another client so he had James help us. James arranged for our test drive and handled the initial paperwork. He was efficient and professional. We are very happy with our purchase.

Our service rep, Mike ensured our visit was excellent. When they identified the problem, he gave us a loaner and had my car fixed the next day. Exceeded my expectations!
