Came in for an oil change. I was in and out in no time. They even offered me a loaner even though it wasn't going to take that long. Nick Judkins was my advisor this time and he was great .

Nick Judkins was terrific!
I went in today to have a recall serviced on my 2015 Lexus RX hybrid. Nick Judkins and his technician went the extra mile of inspecting under the hood. They found my cabin filter had rat droppings in it! (I live on Kiawah Island). Needless to say they replaced the filter and inspected all the wiring to make sure nothing had been chewed! I will now be parking in a different location. Their diligence cost me $40 for a new filter instead of a much more expensive repair. I couldn’t be more happy with Nick Judkins and the whole team at Hendrick Lexus!

Hendrick Lexus Service
Service Consultant, Bill Ferguson, took my car immediately. I was offered a loaner but he said the service would only take about an hour. So I decided to wait. The facility was Covid-Safe. Bill was very professional and friendly. My car was actually ready in one hour!

Man, let me tell you the service here is unreal. I drive from Columbia to get my car serviced. This time I was helped by Nick Judkins and he's a great addition to the team. Dude has a good attitude and you can tell that he wants to be there. Keep up the good work.
