Extremely courteous and knowledgeable staff.

My wife and I visited three other dealerships and Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston blew the competition away! Our salesman, Chad Eaton was extremely helpful, genuine, and a pleasure to work with. He was, by far, the best salesmen we worked with in our search for a new car for my wife. Alesia seemed genuinely concerned for our financial well being when presenting us with options in financing and warranties. Blake was very courteous and was a respectful and determined to earn our business. Although I only met Leroy briefly, he made me feel welcomed and confident that he will take good care of us when we return for service. I commend the Fred Anderson organization for the outstanding facility and team they have in Charleston, and I plan to recommend them to everyone I know. Having sold Toyotas in the early nineties, I understand how hard it is to develop the professionalism exemplified by Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston's staff, and I must again thank Chad Eaton for his commitment and care he showed in helping us through our purchase. Chad missed his daughter's performance in a school event to complete our sale... As a father who has also missed several events such as this due to unforeseen work requirements, I appreciate his commitment and sacrifice to his work. Fred Anderson is a better organization because of Chad Eaton.

Friendly, helpful staff!

Our salesperson, Ally Stewart was so very patient and helpful in our car buying process. She let me test drive as many times and as many cars as I needed to feel comfortable with our purchase. Her communication during the negotiating process was excellent, and we are so happy with our 2013 Toyota Highlander. I would recommend that others go see Ally!

New truck purchase

I went in to Fred Anderson toyota with a car I wanted to trade in for a new vehicle. I was upside down on this auto and I wanted to find something that I would enjoy driving but also would lower my payments. Chris Mitchell was my salesman and he did all he could to find the right auto for me at the right price. used car purchase

After locating car on internet, contacted Fred Anderson in Charleston and met with Mr.Rodney Lewis. Price was discussed and arrangements were made for car to be transported from N.C. in two days. The entire transaction was very pleasant and jovial. Highly recommended!

Awesome Staff and Overall Great Experience!!!!!!!

I am from Florence South Carolina. I found the vehicle I was looking for on Auto trader and immediately called Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston. From the time someone picked up the phone to the time I made the purchase, I had nothing but great customer service and a pleasant experience. Chad Eaton was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. Alesia Durr in finance was also very helpful and pleasant to work with. Great staff and Good atmosphere

I love the fact everything looks good and feel good even before you walk through the doors. The only thing that I would like is whatever is agreed upon by the salesman should be followed even if the dealership looses out because your word matters more than a few more dollars.

Great experience!

Just purchased a new 2015 4Runner from Fred Anderson Toyota & had a wonderful experience! I live in Atlanta, and was looking for a fairly specific 4Runner. We worked closely with John Arent & he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire car buying experience. He helped us track down the perfect 4Runner & made sure it got into Charleston in a timely manner once we decided it was the right one. He took the time to thoroughly go over all the new gadgets, answer any questions I could have, synch my cell phone with the car & get the fun new touchscreen set up before I left. There was no pressure to hurry up and pick a car or to rush through the process. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. & I'm absolutely in love with the car! And all my friend's are jealous of it!

New SUV Purchase With NO High Pressure Sales Tactics

Purchased a 2015 Toyota 4Runner. From the time starting with the internet contacts with Dana to the follow up and deal with Eddie Cooks there was no pressure to buy. With our trade in value, we were at very different ends of the spectrum. So, Don Hesher, as a sales manager, sat down with us and very professionally explained their value determination. Very shortly after we were able to come to an agreement still without pressure. Our final step was obviously, financing. We worked with Bill Utnick. Bill was, just as with the rest of staff, very easy to work with, personable and offered additional products and programs without any pressure whatsoever. Very pleasant experience from all to say the least.
