Excellent Service

The salesman was very courteous and helpful throughout our visit and went out of his way to accommodate us so that we would be on time for our plans that afternoon. He answered all of our questions to our satisfaction.

friendly, and timely service. excellent facility.

I was greeted by a person with a smile and a cheerful personality. They introduced themselves, and ask how they could be of service. I was escorted to service desk, where i received identical greeting. I was then escorted to waiting area, and shown the refreshment area and the location of the restroom. My vehicle service was completed in reasonable amount of time.

Great Experience!

We just completed the purchase of a 2015 Toyota Highlander and could not be any happier with the attention and service we received at Fred Anderson Toyota. Great

The representative was extremely helpful. Apparently there was an overbooking that morning with numerous vehicles in front of me. I had a set appt with Toyota at 10 and another appt across town at 11. This gentleman made sure I was out of there in time to get to my appt. Very Appreciative!

Very pleasant experience

I went to Leroy when I arrived, because I know he has been there a while. He gave me his card the day I bought my car. He answered a question concerning something my car was doing with out hesitation. A knowledge issue!
