I pulled in to only look at the Tacoma trucks and was met by Matthew Laurence who wowed me with his knowledge of the truck and the options that were available. After spending less than an hour with him my wife and I decided to purchase the Tacoma. Although, the exact truck I wanted wasn't on the lot he was able to find it at one of their sister dealerships and had it delivered within a couple of days. Both the salesman and the Business Manager were very professional and listened to what I wanted in the vehicle and financing. We enjoyed not having to haggle, we told them what we wanted and they in turn told us what they would offer. Very up-front and honest made the whole buying experience exceptional.

I despise everything about the car buying and car ownership experience, but Fred Anderson Toyota has changed. After a great experience with my wife's car purchase, I decided to go with this dealership and salesperson, Eric Peterson. From start to finish, process was smooth and honest, not to mention quick. Early on in my experience with this dealership, so I hope that my service relationship follows suit. At this point, they've earned five-stars plus.

The salesman was extremely knowledgable about the technology featured in the vehicle I purchased. He answered all my questions professionally and in great detail.

Chris Mitchell was my sales rep and he was awesome from start to finish. He is very professional,and worked to help me find the perfect car within my budget. He cares about his customers and made me feel like family. Chris was very knowledgeable about the Toyota Camry and took the time to show me the different options and explained in great detail the differences between vehicles/models/technology. Also, Alesia Durr made my financial experience a very positive one. She was honest, and upfront about the financial options. She was kind, corteous and very professional. The dealership is organized and well run. The sales and finance people were knowledgeable and professional. Eric and Alesia were so extremely helpful with walking me through the purchase of my new Prius. I visited the dealership a couple of times and Eric never over-pressured me to make a hasty decision. He was the most helpful salesman I have worked with in terms of showing me all of the ins and outs of the car. We originally went to the dealership to look at a used Sienna van. After looking at it we decided that it wasn't what we wanted. Eric worked with us to find a brand new Sienna in our price range. We had our toddler in tow so he worked fast and efficently to get the job done. I am very happy with our experience and would recommend this dealership and salesman to others. Alesia was also great in getting the required paperwork completed as quickly as possible.

I certainly wasn't looking for an SUV, but I was looking for a Toyota. When I drove on the lot, Jim came over and asked what I was looking for. I thought I wanted another Camry but just wasn't sure. He let me look around and answered any questions I had; never pressuring me in any way. I got over to where the SUV's were and Jim continued to answer questions, not showing any change in emotion, even though I was looking at a much higher price bracket than the Camry. Jim's approach was delightful, not steering me in any one direction. I did go to another Toyota lot but kept coming back to Jim. After about a week, Jim called and said he thought he had what I wanted. The rest is history. Way to go Toyota and Jim Walseman!
