"AWESOME EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH!!!!"

CHRISTEN SALVATICO was our sales rep and she was awesome from start to finish in our purchase involving a Highlander. She is PROFESSIONAL, KIND, AND COURTEOUS. and worked to help us find the perfect car. We were not in a hurry to purchase a vehicle and Christen was not pushy to sale. She cares about her customers and she made us feel like family. She took our interest seriously and went the extra mile to work with us on our purchase. CHRISTEN took the time to show us the different options and explained in great detail the differences between vehicles/models/technology. We are the kind of people who analyze every purchase especially large purchases. That being said, we took months to make our decision to buy and Christen awaited patiently on us to commit. She helped us to special order our vehicle and obtain a price that we were comfortable with. Thank you very much KRISTEN! DANNY MARFLAKE was the internet sales rep that we initially contacted months ago, and he put us in contact with Kristen. Again, PROFESSIONAL, KIND, AND COURTEOUS. Thank you DANNY. Additionally, BLAKE DUNN made our financial experience a positive one. He was honest, and upfront about financial options. Another positive experience as he was PROFESSIONAL, KIND, AND COURTEOUS. Thank you BLAKE! If your looking to purchase an automobile, we recommend these individuals as our buying experience was superb. The dealership was not pushy like the experiences from dealerships that my wife and I have dealt with in the past....over our 20 years of buying automobiles experience. Thank you all for your help, we are very pleased with our purchase. If your in the market for a vehicle, give Fred Anderson a chance and ask for Kristen Salvatico by name.

Great Car Buying Experience

This was the first time in the 30 years that I have been purchasing cars that it was a pleasant experience and it didn't take hours to complete the transaction. Chad the sales person was very knowledgeable, considerate of my time and courteous.

Love the atmosphere

Speedy service, nice people, free (good) coffee and treats! It's awesome that I can go there and study comfortably for an hour. I can make an appointment easily online and not feel like I'm wasting my day taking care of my car.

great service

Leroy was able to diagnose what was wrong with my car after I explained to him what it was doing, knew the process to confirm that diagnosis, and that it was covered under warranty. Julie was helpful, kind driver of the shuttle home, and the gentleman that brought me back (forgot his name ?? Wesley) was great to talk to on the ride back to the dealership

My experience at this Toyota dealership was fantastic. This was my first buying experience, and the Fred Anderson team was much more hospitable and friendly than any of the other dealerships that I went to. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Chris Mitchell, Carleen & Bill equals the Power Team

I was searching for a newer model suv. I found a cute, reasonable vehicle online with Fred Anderson in the wee hours of the morning. But the time the business opened I received a call from Carleen. She mad arrangements to have the vehicle transferred the next day. I then began working with Chris Mitchell. He was friendly, courteous and very responsive. After testing driving the vehicle, I met with Bill to get the vehicle financed. Bill's year of experience in the automotive industry was evident. I was able to get an outstanding warranty. I didn't feel as if I was taken advantage of being a female. I was in and out the dealership in less than 3 hours. I highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Chris Mitchell, he was awesome.
