Customer service has changed a lot since the global

Customer service has changed a lot since the global pandemic. Unfortunately it's been mostly negative in my experience but thankfully not at Auto Nation Honda in Sanford. I'm thankful for Joe answering all of my questions and Dan for providing me with great service as I brought in my 2008 Honda Civic.

I had 12:00 appointment for an oil change.

I had 12:00 appointment for an oil change. I was told my car wouldn’t be ready until 3-3:30!!! I spoke to manager who told me they are short handed. And had over 70 appointments. 3 1/2 hours is ridiculous for a scheduled oil change. So I left. The manager didn’t even try to keep me.

I have had the best experience here.

I have had the best experience here. I’ve been to multiple places not only in florida but Indiana as well and this is by far my favorite! They did not pressure me, they were patient and helpful! Also called to check and see how it’s been going with my new vehicle a couple days after and to see if I had any questions about how to use anything in the car!
