Just came in for a warranty inspection and to have a
Just came in for a warranty inspection and to have a sunroof control switch replaced. Ed did a fantastic job as always to take care of me and my Civic. The shuttle took longer than expected to pick me up and take me back to work (40+ minute wait), but I understand people are busy and they probably have a lot of customers needing shuttles and this is the first time I've had to wait for a shuttle when dropping my car off for service. Ed even went above and beyond by talking to me when I came to pick up the vehicle and answering my questions about what to expect when the warranty expires. I was nervous about my warranty expiring but Ed did a great job to put my mind at ease and let me know what to expect moving forward. Fantastic experience as always.
