Service

My car would not turn over. I purchased a battery last year. The service dept is always great. I was allowed to just bring in the battery so I did not have to be towed to the dealership. The battery was tested and consequently failed. I was provided with a new battery.

false advertisement

First thing to my surprise the pictures that they are using did not match the SUV I was going to buy when I went to go see it. It already had 3,000 mi on I was informed after I got there that it was used as loner vehicle and they are trying to sell it as new .The pieces of the steering wheel were falling off and the back windshield wiper was falling off. And I didn't see nothing on this app or on their personal website stating that it was basically previously used.

Great Experience

Had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle with Olivia. Olivia was able to provide all of the details of the transaction over the phone. We were then able to do a contact free test drive and the paperwork was ready to sign. Very simple and pleasant car buying experience.
