I was searching for a Ford truck on the internet – F150. I left a message at several dealer websites, and Olivia at Maplecrest responded via email and telephone call. She could not have been more pleasant, helpful and invited me to see the specific truck that I was looking for and take it for a test drive. I purchased the truck not just because it was the truck I wanted, but because Olivia handled every aspect of the purchase, as we discussed on the phone. Olivia demonstrates Top-notch service and lots of Referability. It’s worth visiting Maplecrest Ford in Mendham and asking for Olivia.

My car broke down and with 215k miles, I decided to send it to Maplecrest Ford rather than repair it (again). I had seen 2 Certified Used vehicles with loww miles on Cars.com and traded in my car including rolling over my existing balance for one of them. Due to the CoVid19 situation, there was only one salesperson, Donna, who I spoke with on the phone. Despite having 16 other customers that day, she was fantastic. We went over everything on the phone and email and the next day, Mickey picked me up at my house and he went over the features of the car with me. By choice, I signed all the paperwork in the car so I can't comment on the facilities. But like everything else I am sure it is first rate. My first day in the car while working, I heard this awful sound coming from the front wheel, which turned out to just be a rock I picked up on a gravel road that got lodged between the brake. Not knowing what it was though, I called the dealership at 8:30am and spoke to Don, the service manager. He summized it was just what it was, but insisted on checking it out. In a half hour, he had another car to me. The rock had dislodged on the way back to the dealership, but they took off all four tires and checked to make sure everything was ok, then delivered my vehicle to me at my place later the same day. Sucks to be working during the pandemic but thanks Maplecrest for having my back. You're AWESOME !!!

Great Experience
