Palmer dealership was the best experience I have ever had

Palmer dealership was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I did not feel pressured and felt that Jay Starks was very helpful in getting me a great deal. If I ever need another vehicle I will definitely come back to Palmer Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram to buy it.

Its hard to believe there is a dealership with this

Its hard to believe there is a dealership with this quality of a service department. But, Palmer Dodge is wonderful. Sarah Jaramillo is excellent. I took the time to learn her name because she took great care of me. And my Jeep. She is responsive and attentive and far more interested in listening to what you need instead of figuring out what to try to sell you. The Service Department is excellent, and (I can’t believe I’m saying this) reasonably priced.

Called to speak to used sales to verify a Certified

Called to speak to used sales to verify a Certified preowned vehicle was still on the lot. Spoke ith salesman, Jay Starks, who not only verified the vehicle was there, but also sent me a video of the vehicle within minutes. After explaining that I will not be able to make it that day, I asked if he was working the next morning, which he was so I told him I would meet him first thing when they open. At 9 AM the next morning I walked in, met and shook hands with Jay then walked out to the vehicle to look it over. After a test drive I was decided then within an hour I was driving off with my new to me certified preowned Gladiator after signing paperwork with Finance Manager, Chris Boozer. Definitely a great experience with all employees.

I’m generally satisfied with the level of service

I’m generally satisfied with the level of service received from the dealership including oil changes and repairs. But dissatisfied with technician stating during last repair visit that Wrangler water pump required replacement ($1,200). And subsequent inspection by another shop found the coolant leak was due to a loose hose clamp and not the water pump. This could have caused me to spend $1,200 unnecessarily.
