Bought my first brand new jeep, Zack showed me the whole car lot with a smile and very knowledgeable with all my questions. I test drove my new car and knew it was for me. I have never been in and out of the dealer the same day. Roswell is an hr away from my home, but because of the great service I came to Palmer Jeep. Zack made my experience worry free and pleasurable. I will definitely be returning for another vehicle in the future. Thomas went through all the loan information making it nice and simple.

This is an OUTSTANDING service department. They are knowledgeable and are very concerned about your auto needs. They are friendly and treat you as a valued customer. They have serviced my vehicles for over 15 years, and I am happy with their performance. I have dealt with the entire team (David, Luis, Harem, Kimberly, Sarah, & Richard) and they deliver GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The PARTS team is also GREAT. They are more than willing to help you find the right replacement part. I usually work with JR.

All great service. Should consider quick wash and vacuum of car for customers - especially those that purchase it from your dealer. Otherwise, the expense / time of going to your facility is not worth it
