The service is very good and efficient. The person who attended me was Hiriam Morales-Baez and he was excellent. I had no contact with any other people at the dealer.

They are a complete joke.

They are a complete joke. They never fix the problem right the first time but go about it piecemeal, leaving you to have multiple breakdowns related to the same issue. They are the reason I now own a Honda!!!

Transaction was easy and straight forward no hassle or prolonged discussions. Sales Representative was nice and informative. Was in and out in about 2hrs when I came to pick up the vehicle at the communicated time. Finance manager gave me details and options quickly and I was in and out. Overall good experience.

Good service. They handled my truck with care made sure it was secured by coving the broken window until it was repaired. Would highly recommend their service team.

Always terrible wait time for basic service.

Always terrible wait time for basic service. I sat for 3 hours after my appointment waiting for an oil change. I walked to the back to see my vehicle ready to go but no one notified me as I sat in the waiting area for 3 hours. I will never return to dealership to purchase a car.
