I took my wrangler in for the 19a clutch recall.
I took my wrangler in for the 19a clutch recall. Either the clutch was defective or improperly installed. Now my jeep grinds into gear, the clutch pedal vibrates very loudly, and the gear shift vibrates. The shop refused to acknowledge anything was wrong. I would never take a vehicle here again.

Excellent experience and service.
Excellent experience and service. The diagnosis was spot on with my steering / suspension issues, and the tech who worked on the repair did an excellent job. The service advisor was incredibly helpful and proactively communicated with me throughout the whole process. This is the only place I will take my vehicles to for major service in the future.
