This is the worst dealer I have ever dealt with in my life. The salesman Brandon would not give me a straight answer on the price of a truck I was trying... to buy 300 miles away from my home. After them telling me they would give me 33k for my trade and my owning 36k I would be negative 3000 and that was fine. So he tell me for a truck on the I internet that is priced at 55k that I dont get that price. So I offered 62k with my truck for this new one on Friday he tells me that they would take that at the end of the month. So 3 days later I offer 63k to come get the truck on the 25th of the month and he tell me we are 3k off? Yes they are try to screw me around and because they know I want the truck. Dont shop here they will try to screw you all they can. I also have all this in text with Brandon if anyone would like to see how they treat people.
Service Agent Reggie was excellent and very helpful even though the wait was long because they were backed up . I was kept informed and received a $10.00... discount because of the length of time to get my vehicle serviced.
Rick Cobb and Dan Schian provided exceptional customer service. They made the buying process smooth and easy. I highly recommend this dealership.
The service I receved was exceptional. Sonja Brown went above and beyond to make sure that my new car and old car were in top shape. Her follow up was... first class.
Teasha Sumlin showed nothing but patience. She helped me prep a lot before my trip into the dealership. My husband switched up the direction we wanted... to go several times and she still sent us everything we requested.
Hello. I purchased a 2018 Chevy Trax from Steve Raymon Chevrolet on June 7th, 2019. The process of this vehicle purchase was the worst experience that... I ever had. June 7th, 2019 - The day I purchased my vehicle, my sales associate (Ben Golzer) did not show me the entire carfax for the vehicle, they only showed me the last page. After the vehicle was purchased, I noticed that there was an issue with the door, and decided to find the Carfax that was not provided to me, and I noticed that the car was in an accident a week prior to me purchasing the vehicle, and the issue was not fixed. June 8th - I went back to Steve Raymon Chevy, and I spoke with (Cory Lombardi). I informed them of the issue, and he stated he would fix it. I asked him to put the information in writing and informed him about not seeing the entire CarFax. This upset him, he begins speaking with me in a rude tone, and I inform him (For the first time that I would like to cancel my contract) he let me know that he’s “getting sick of me, and he is going to show me what I signed”, we go into the office he shows me the CarFax, with only the last page signed because, as I stated they did not show me the entire CarFax. When he showed me the document I took my document and left. (Cory) followed me out of the office, and building yelling at me, telling me “to get off his property”, and he was going to get me arrested (for what I’m not sure) saying, “he was going to get me to put in jail for my birthday”, he knew my birthday was the next day, because I purchased the vehicle for my birthday. With being a young African-American male, I was worried about being falsely accused of something when being threatened with arrest for doing nothing. I deescalated the issue, and I was told to come back Monday, June 10th to have the issue with my door fixed. (I thought the issue was resolved) June 10th - I arrived at Steve Raymon Chevy, to have my car fixed. (Ben Golzer) met me outside and took the car to fix the issue. After the car was fixed (Ben Golzer), asked me to re-sign the CarFax that I took with me on June 8th, 2019. I informed him that I would sign the paperwork after I spoke with the General Manager. After making this request several times. He told me that I was an “xxxxxxx”, and refused to return my keys. This is when (Ned Iwuji) came outside to speak with me, he was very calm and collected, he asked me to return to his office. During this time the staff of Steve Raymon searched through my car to take the paperwork I received on Friday, June 7th, including the CarFax report that was only signed on the last page. When I found out that the staff searched through my car without permission I was offered 2 tanks of free gas by (Ned Iwuji). My consistent requests to speak with the general manager and to see my loan documents to verify that the information is correct were ignored. On top of that my car was searched and paperwork was taken out without my knowledge or consent. I left the office feeling defeated, and depressed. I decided to write this review. As a small business owner, I thought it was purchasing a vehicle as a huge accomplishment. To purchase a vehicle, then to be threatened with jail time, and to be called an “xxxxxxx”, before the loan was even processed is unacceptable, and for nothing to be done was extremely rude. I still have money to put down on this vehicle, and I just would rather give it back at this point, because of all the issues that Steve Raymon has caused. Whatever you do, please don’t purchase a car from Steve Raymond for your purchasing decisions or deal with (Cory Lombardi) (Ben Golzer) or (Ned Iwuji), they are rude, and before the loan is officially approved they will turn on you if you have questions about your vehicle or your auto loan.
The general manager of this dealership told me after a heated conversation "I know where your hole in the wall business is in Kennesaw georgia and... you should stay there and dont come back to our dealership Such good leadership qualities telling customers that after I bought this car from you
Called spoke with Ryan, stated he had the vehicle requested. Arrived Eric showed me entirely different car. Only one on lot. Time wasted. Eric was... rude not helpful.
