Five stars didn't justify my experience with Brett
Brett Bauer at Rick Case Hyundai dealership is a phenomenal Sales Consultant. He was able to help both me and my sister find great cars that fit us for reasonable prices. Typically, the car finding process is stressful and we deal with pushy salesmen, but this was not the case at all at the Rick Case dealership. Customer Service is extremely important to them and Brett exhibited that very well. I appreciate all the kindness I?ve received and will most definitely be back in the future!

My wife and I had worked with three different dealers...
My wife and I had worked with three different dealers with a 100 mile radius to help us select a particular model Sante Fe Sport. All of the other dealers we worked with were unable to provide the car we were looking for. Once we even paid a deposit on one, and they couldn't even get the car they had promised us. Once we went to Rick Case Hyundai, it was like a brand new world. Very professional and friendly sales representatives who worked hard to get the perfect car for us. Once we told them what we were looking for, we were able to locate the car, talk pricing, and sign paperwork within about four hours. The sales representative, sales manager, and finance manager were all very accommodating and friendly. It was a great experience working with them. Once we signed on the car, the sales representative drove it to us two days later, (about 80 miles away). I would definitely recommend purchasing a car from Rick Case Hyundai (Duluth, GA) and working with Manish Rajpurohit. He is very polite, knowledgable, and worked hard to get us the car we wanted.

I bought a 2013 Hyndaui Equus Ultimate from Rick Case and...
I bought a 2013 Hyndaui Equus Ultimate from Rick Case and dealt with Larry Fitzpatrick. The whole deal was a total cockup. He misrepresented the vehicle as perfect, but it had bad damage on the undercarriage. They refused to take care of damage. Casey Lloyd was aplogetic but did nothing to resolve the issue. The car was delivered out of state without any papers including a "drive out tag". Multiple calls, texts and emails have all gone unanswered. Having purchased many luxury cars I never felt a reputable dealership would not take responsibility for an employee. Needless to say I will never deal with Rick Case again.

Service people are always friendly, they listen to what you need done and the service is completed in a timely manner. I would recommend Rick Case Hyundai for the service department alone. Vehicle Exchange Program
Shamisa Smith called me on Friday, May 10 to tell me about the vehicle exhange program and that the dealership was offering zero % financing. After expressing my interest in the program Shamisa set up an appoinment for me with Brandon Calvin on Saturday, May 11. Brandon was great! Actually, everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. I traded my 2012 Sonata for a 2013 and received 0.9% financing. I'm extremly pleased with the purchase and would recommend this dealership and sales consultant to friends and family.

I was very shocked at how well the customer service was....
I was very shocked at how well the customer service was. Matt Hunter was my service adviser, and he was especially helpful to me with my service, he was able to get me in and out within the expected time frame and was very courteous and offered me a bottle water. Long story short, i will definitely be back for my next visit and i personally recommend Matt Hunter as your service adviser.

Every time I go for service or to ask a question, I am treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. Mr.David Santos was the ultimate professional. He showed me the problem with my vehicle and explained every detail of how they could be of service to me. The cashier Ms Chong Tennancour was especially helpful. She went above and beyond to get in touch with my insurance company so I could talk to them.
