Love My New Car

Many thanks to Fred Scott for making it so easy to trade my 2011 Sonata for a beautiful new Black and Tan 2013 Sonata! Fred was patient and reassured me that I would be very happy with my purchase. ... and he was right! Love love love my new car and would refer anyone to Fred and Rick Case for an excellent customer satisfaction experience!

Brandon Calvin is a great sales associate. He is not overly pushy like some car sales people He is knowledgeable about the vehicles. Very professional and pleasant to work with. I purchased 2 vehicles from him this weekend. One for my daughter and one for myself. The overall purchasing experience was excellent and we are happy with the vehicles we now own. I highly recommend working with Brandon. I will be calling him when I am ready to trade up!

We purchased a Toyota Yaris sedan at a fair price. Fred Scott was very easy to work with. There was no high pressure pitch given. We were in and out in 2.5 hrs. I would recommend Fred and this dealership to family and friends..

I went in for service on my Sonota today. I was worried because I had been to several dealers before this one, but living in the johns creek area I decided this would be a great option. Nicole was wonderful helping me understand what I needed done, I didn't feel fooled or tricked as I sometimes do. It was a great, easy and quick experience.

sometimes the dealers do not have the exact car the customer wants in stock but i was be able to buy the car i wanted at the rick case with sales person with friendly face and good knowledge.

I went to the service department for a recall item on my 2011 Elantra (also purchased here). I had been getting calls and emails about the exchange program so I inquired while I was waiting for my car. Curtis came to discuss my needs and interests and then discussed pros and cons for various models. Next, we went driving in one of each model we discussed. His knowledge of the cars was very helpful and his approach was sincere and helpful. After a couple of days and more driving, he helped me find a car better suited for my family. I would strongly recommend asking for Curtis if you're in the market for a car, Hyundai or not. He will find it for you.

The service from Randy was great. I would give all 10's if possible. He was patient and answered all of our questions. My issue was with finance and the way they approve prospective buyers. They check your credit and finally let you know what all the numbers will be based on was agreed upon during the negotiating stage. You sign all the paperwork in finance and let you drive off the lot with your new car and your big smile on your face. Next day they email (not a call) and say that we need to go back in and sign more paperwork and that's when the rules of the game change. All my life I have been told that once you sign a contract it means its official. Well Dale the finance Director told us that if the bank has not approved then its not official. ??????????? Some of the terms of our deal have now changed. Big downer but I can say what made this review from ok to good was that he tried to make it up on the front end of the numbers which was in favor to us in the long run. Just the fact that after 3 or 4 hours at the dealer they make you go back up there and drop the bomb on you. Its like a double whammy. I just received a call for more paperwork (marriage license because of military discount). Not sure how they have their system setup but I have been to this rodeo many times and NEVER have I had this type of small inconveniences. I hope they work these out because I really did have a good experience and hopefully next time it will be a great experience because I will be back.

Great Service

My initial purchase was a 2012 Accent and Rick Case Hyundai offered me the best price of any dealer I visited. The first time I went in for routine service I encountered Sarah in the service department. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and Sarah is simply the greatest service person I have ever dealt with. I know a good bit about the mechanic aspects of cars to know that what Sarah is telling me is the truth! Sarah has gained my trust to the point that if she says I need it; I do it without question! I was so impressed with Sarah and this dealership that I went back and purchased a 2013 Elantra. I live in Winder and drive to Duluth because of the trust I have in this dealership because of Sarah! Today I took my 2001 F-150 to Rick Case. Sarah informed me that they work on all makes and models. They didn't come out to me to recommend all kinds of unnecessary work like a Ford dealership close to me did. In fact, they cave it the once over and informed me that it didn't need anything at all except wiper blades! Whenever I do need something done to my truck Rick Case is the ONLY dealership I will consider. If anyone needs to find an honest person and an awesome service department, go see Sarah at Rick Case in Duluth!

I arrived at the lot almost certain I was going to return...

I arrived at the lot almost certain I was going to return to a previous lot to buy a different vehicle despite the poor service there. However, David was great. He was courteous, friendly and informative. He wasn't pushy or just simply trying to make a sale he was sincerely trying to help me find a car. I left the lot with a finance deal I was very happy with and a vehicle I look forward to owning for years to come. Zak was great at understanding my desire to keep the 36 month lease and still help me work out a warranty deal. I was very satisfied with my experience at Rick Case Hyundai
