Best Car buying experience

I just bought a 2013 Hyundai santa fe I am very pleased with the purchase I made. I really enjoyed the customer service at this location. Also Brandon Calvin was my sales guy and he did a great job of getting me what I wanted for a really great deal. I will definitely recommend everyone I know looking to buy a car to come to Rick Case Hyundai and speak with salesman Brandon Calvin.

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO RICK CASE HYUNDAI TO...

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO RICK CASE HYUNDAI TO BUY A CAR. I WENT THERE TO TRADE MY SONATA FOR A HYUNDAI 2013 SANTA FE AND THE DEALER WORKED OUT A DEAL THAT WAS FINE WITH ME AND THEN THEY HAD ME SIGN A CONTRACT SAYING THE DEAL WAS DONE. 2 DAYS LATER AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR THEY CALLED ME TO COME BACK IN AND SWITCHED MY CONTRACT AND PAYMENT ALL TOGETHER AND WAS TRYING TO GET ME TO ACCEPT AND SETTLE FOR ANOTHER CAR THAT I DID NOT WANT. I TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD RATHER KEEP MY SONATA AND TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, ALL RICK CASE HYUNDAI DID WAS WASTE MY TIME AND ENERGY THEY LIED TO ME MAKING ME THINK THAT THE DEAL WAS DONE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED IN MY LIFE THE WAY THESE PEOPLE TREATED ME. THEN I EVEN TRIED TO GET MY $500 DOWN PAYMENT BACK AND THEY WERE SO UNPROFESSIONAL ABOUT IT. EVERYONE KEPT SAYING OK WE WILL CALL YOU AND LET YOU KNOW WHEN YOU CAN PICK IT UP AND I HAD TO CALL EVERYDAY BECAUSE NO BODY HAD THE DECENCY TO CALL ME BACK. THIS IS MY WORSE CAR BUYING ATTEMPT AND EXPERIENCE EVER. I AM WARNING ANYONE LOOKING FOR A BRAND NEW HYUNDAI, IF YOU GO TO RICK CASE HYUNDAI DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT UNTIL THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY HAVE A SOLID APPROVAL. THAT IS WHAT I FOUND OUT WHEN I WENT TO KIA AND THEY WERE HONEST ENOUGH TO GET ME A SOLID APPOVAL BEFORE I SIGNED ANY CONTRACT OR TAKE ANY CAR. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO RICK CASE IN DULUTH ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS A SALE AND NOT THE CUSTOMER'S INTREST!!!!!!!!!!

Incompetent Service Support Staff

Support staff at this dealership is incompetent. I called Rick Case Hyundai service on a Friday to make an appointment to have a recall item repaired. The customer rep verified my records, made my appointment and assured me that the part needed for the repair was in stock. She said that the repair would take about an hour. Nothing was said about any other recalls, I called Sunday morning to verify my appointment. They had no record of it. Luckily they had availability so I bought the car in. I made no arrangements to be picked up since I had arranged my schedule to accommodate the hours wait When I got there I was informed that there were two recall items that needed repair and that because of the second item the repair would take at least 2 hours. The service rep made a call and verified that the parts needed were in stock. I made arrangements to be picked up. Upon returning 2 hours later, I was told that the part for the original repair was NOT in stock and I had to return again when it came in. What a waste of time.

When the managers at Rick Case became aware of my poor experience, they immediately set about to make it right. They went above and beyond what I would deem necessary to turn the bad experience into a good one. Their follow through was excellent and they made sure that when I did bring my car back again, I was serviced immediately with no waiting. They were open to hearing what I had to say and I believe that they will fix the breakdown in their organization that caused my problems. Thank you Rick Case.

I just bought a Hyundai Sonata Limited last night. It was a very pleasant experience thanks to our sales man Brett Bauer. We got an excellent deal. I had already shopped around and got 2 quotes, he was able to beat them both plus give me double the powertrain warranty. Points toward service. I also liked they didn't work on commission, but a base pay and on their customer service they give through reviews like this. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because they were pretty busy and had to spend a lot of time waiting around for finance guy... and then for car to finish getting detailed. But was worth it!

2013 Hyundai Sonata Limited

I just bought a Hyundai Sonata Limited last night. It was a very pleasant experience thanks to our sales man Brett Bauer. We got an excellent deal.
