Brad has been very supportive in our search for the Sante Fe we wanted and helped us negotiate a very competitive price. Thee times I have called him with questions and he has answered promply on every occasion. One problem we had while in Missouri was with Points of interest on the GPS. We searched points of interest (POI) first rather then to select the city first and we found no POI and believed the equipment was faulty. Brad handled this very well by going through the correct process and voila, all the POI's were there. He seems very knowledgeable and has made our purchase process very plesant. Thanks Mr. Brad. I was not intending to purchase a vehicle the day that I visited the dealership, however upon arrival I was treated very well by my Sales Consultant Michael Morand and because he and other staff members were knowledgeable and friendly the car buying experience was simplified and enjoyable.
