I came in to the dealership looking for a new SUV. Michael Morand was a great salesman. He wanted to make sure that I got everything that I wanted in the vehicle. He even took me to the Mazda lot to test drive the CX-5 so that I could see the differences. It turned out that the Hyundai Tuscon that he recommended was the best fit for me. Working with Michael was great, he even set it up so that I could leave and run errands in the car while they were working on my financing. This is my second vehicle purchase from Rick Case Hyundai and hopefully I won't be purchasing another vehicle anytime soon however, when I do need another vehicle I will definitely make sure it is purchased at Rick Case.

Working with Camal to get my Santa Fe was awesome. He is going to be a great asset to Rick Case Hyundai in Duluth Georgia. I would recommend this dealership to anybody who is looking for a vehicle with a smooth ride and plenty of room. In 4 years when I am trading my vehicle in I am definitely going back to Rick Case and hopefully I will see Camal there :)

1. Bad attitude when negotiating the price with customer. 2. I drove to Duluth twice for nothing. First I want to have my newly bought car checked and he said there is no mechanics available on Sunday. Which turned out to be a lie because other staff there said there actually is. Second time I drove here again for an hour and he said I have to pay to get my car checked because I am supposed to come a week earlier for the checking. But I did emailed him about the delay and he agreed. Terrible experience.

Working with Larry was an extremely positive experience. He was professional and and patient with all of our questions. He was extremely personable and helped us get to where we wanted to be in the sales process. We would absolutely recommend Larry and will call upon him again when we are in the market for another vehicle. Dawn McGovern

Randy was very helpful with my car purchase. He found the car that had what I wanted at a price that I could afford. He kept me informed of any progress without being a nuisance. I would highly recommend Randy to anyone who wants a 'low pressure/high professional' experience when purchasing a car.

Overall, our car buying experience was a good one. The sales consultant Michael Morand was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I could tell he was doing his very best to make sure we drove out satisfied with our new vehicle. He followed up with us on 2 separate days after we had purchased the car, to make sure we were doing well and enjoying our new vehicle. He definitely gets a 5-star rating!

For a first time buyer josh made my experience great he was very informative about the whole process and was able to answer every question that i had . He is avaiable and always in contact when i need him . Overall i would highly recommend him to friends and family!

I have to say the service I received was outstanding. When I brought my car in I was greeted by friendly staff. When I told them everything wrong with my car they eased my mind with their excpertise knowledge of the vehicle. They answered all my questions and even offered me a shuttle ride to work. When picking up my car I was also impressed with the great deal they gave me. I would recommend them to anyone.
