Great Experience

Larry is the BEST!
Larry was so helpful in assisting me with finding my dream car. He dealt with all my pickiness and kept me company when waiting on the service department. He even came in on his day off to accommodate my work schedule. I would highly recommend working with Larry, he is the salt of the earth!

Best Car-Buying Experience EVER!
Prior to coming to Rick Case, I'd visited multiple dealerships, trying to trade in my truck for something smaller and newer. They all basically said no, there was nothing they could do for me because of the negative equity in my truck and my credit wasn't the best. So, Rick Case Hyundai LITERALLY was my last stop before I threw in the towel. We met with Randy Peiffer, extremely friendly guy, not at all pushy like the previous dealerships I went to and not once did he say he couldn't help me. He offered me coffee told me to have a seat while he worked the numbers...and he did better than that, he worked magic and got me my dream car, in exactly the color I wanted! The salesmen came over and chatted with my sister and I while we waited. Next thing I knew, I was approved and walked out the door a happy customer! It's been a couple of months now and Randy continues to check in with me frequently to make sure I'm still happy with my purchase, even emailed to wish me Happy Easter and an enjoyable weekend! My experience was great and I will definitely be telling my friends and family about Rick Case!

Wonderful experience!! Larry and Phillip were the Best!!
I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Elantra. Larry made the whole experience painless. He did all the paperwork and had it ready when I arrived. The whole process was easy and fast. Phillip in Finance did a great job too and was very quick in getting the paperwork printed out from the bank and had everything ready to go. I just had to sign. Very easy process and definately will tell my friends and family to go see Larry at Rick Case! Thank you both so much! I absolutely LOVE my new car!!!!

Best experience ever !
My fiancé and I found out we are expecting. When we bought our car seat we realized it was very unsafe for our son in my tiny car. So we went to multiple dealerships and got a bunch of numbers and ended up confused. Larry has been a friend of ours for a long time and we decided we should go see him. When we walked into the dealership I was very nervous and Larry made us feel right at home. He already had a couple of ideas for us and showed us our options on SUVs. I fell in love with the Santa Fe sport and Larry took care of all the worries that we had. We told him a price we wanted to stay around and he matched it and beat it for us!!! We didn't have to go back and forth with the finance guys Larry took care of all the hassle and we didn't have to do a thing !!! We will go to Larry for EVERYTHING that we need. He is the best and we recommend him to everyone.

Best service experience
I do not enjoy having to take my vehicle in for service but after having my vehicle service at Rick case Hyundai in Duluth i can't imagine going anywhere else. The whole staff was very friendly and welcoming. They put my worries at ease and offered me refreshments while I i waited. I was walked back to where they worked on my car to show me their area and the service manager greeted me with a hug. I will be back

Rick Case Hyundai NEEDS A NEW SERVICE ADV MANAGER
I drove over 30 miles to receive a simple oil change. I phoned ahead and inquired if they accepted competitors coupons, and was told yes, and the rep. asked how much was the oil change on the coupon and I mentioned $16.95. Moreover, my husband whom is the owner of two vehicles purchased from Rick Case Hyundai had a coupon that mentioned that competitor coupons were accepted. I brought that coupon along with an oil change coupon from another Hyundai dealer with me to my visit on yesterday. While the gentleman who proceeded to write up my work order was fairly polite, the service advisor Ms. Tammi Baker was totally unprofessional and impolite for the second time in a row to my service appointment. This time takes the cake. She shook her head "no" telling the other service advisor that she would not honor the competitor's coupon even though it was from another Hyundai dealer in the metro area in another county. She never said sorry, made eye contact with me, nor did she even speak! I asked to speak to the dealership manager again for the second consecutive time on my subsequent visit. This time to my disamay, he excused the poor acting service manager, as he was confused about her poor behavior. All of this "made my blood boil!" My husband had purchased a total of 3 vehicles from this dealer in a 3 and a half year time frame, and my sister had paid cash for a 2014 Elantra last summer. After referring people to this dealership, this is the treatment that I get. Nothing but dishonesty, disrespect, and disloyal service! I explained to the dealership mgr. that where I work, we were not allowed to communicate to customers in an impolite or noncourteous manner. It as if Ms. Tammi Baker was allowed to ignore me and not speak, or even be a little kind to me at all, and get away with it. Again, as I mentioned earlier, my husband owned the vehicle that I brought in today as well as another Sonata. I was upset, and definitely inconvenienced for the second time in a row due to poor service training. How about training your Service Manager and Advisors to be honest and remain professional, and at least speak and ask their customers how was their day. I have since decided not to return to this dealer except for warranty work. I will not recommend this dealer to my father in law, other sister, mother, or anyone else looking to purchase a vehicle. What good does greed or gaining the world if one person "loose their soul" in the process. Lesson learned, some companies, employees such as Tammy Baker or even the Dealership Manager are not appreciative of the customers who purchases vehicles should I say multiple vehicles., and provides their paycheck. Be warned!
