I gave my daughter my car and had to trade her car and was hoping to complete a deal before I went out of town for a business trip. I was able to get a deal done quickly and the dealer worked with me since I was paying cash and the transfer of my funds had not hit. I also had the issue of trading a car in my daughter's name (she is away at college) and they worked with me to get everything done so I could leave town and not worry about these issues.

Great Customer Service
Larry and Marty were both very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the entire purchase process. My first encounter was with Larry and he did not pressure me at all and did not try to sell me something I wasn't looking for. He took time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood the entire deal he was proposing without hounding me to make an immediate decision. After doing further research, I returned to the dealership and Larry was kind enough to have Marty assist me since he was in the middle of helping another customer. I was impressed by his thoughtfulness and willingness to have another person close the deal. Marty was very knowledgeable in the car I was interested in and very helpful into guiding me into me selection. I was blown away by both Larry and Marty. I would recommend them to anyone and when looking to purchase again would not hesitate to start with them and Rick Case Hyundai of Duluth.

I had a great experience working with Hamilton, he answered all the questions that I had and was very knowledgeable about the car that I was looking at. My overall experience was great, if I was to purchase again from Rick case I would ask for Hamilton when I approached the dealership. This was a hassle free experience and I was very comfortable with no pressure on the purchase of my new vehicle. I must say Hamilton did a great job along with two trainees. Keep up the good work.

Great Car Buy
We had a excellent experience buying our new 2014 Hyundai sonata 2.0t we test drove several different models all were very nice but the sonata with the turbo and navigation we fell in love with our salesman Brad is very knowable on every model we drove and no pressure once we selected the car we liked it was a breeze.

Larry was amazing from start to finish, he took a vested interest in me from the very beginning and was just a pleasure to work with. His knowledge and attention to detail was instrumental in helping find the right vehicle that suited me and my budget perfectly. Always went above and beyond to ensure I was accommodated, my questions were thoroughly answered and that I remained completely comfortable and satisfied with every aspect of the experience. I have already referred several friends to Larry and will continue to do so knowing they will be totally taken care of and in very capable hands. Excellent Service
I was very pleased when leaving this dealership with my new tires. I do not normally like to frequent dealerships for my service work due to bad experiences in the past at other dealerships but this time due to needing work done quickly I had to try a dealership again. I'm happy to say this time when I went to Rick Case Hyundai I was pleasantly surprised. Matt Hunter in the service department was knowledgeable and kind and actually made me feel comfortable that the job was going to get done right, and it was. We were very happy with the price of the work done and the personal approach that was given to us. We are grateful for this experience, have told our friends about the difference of this dealership, and will definitely be back for future work because we feel so comfortable here.

Its nice to go to a place where you can trust the people you deal with. Nicole always answers any question I have and is great to work with. You can tell the whole team knows their stuff and is not out to trick you. It's fast and convenient so I will continue to bring my Santa Fe in.

We asked them to give us their best price on a 2014 Santa...
We asked them to give us their best price on a 2014 Santa Fe. We told them if they could beat the price we were given for a Honda Pilot that we would buy the Santa Fe. Easy, right? Nope. We were there for 2 hours while Curtis kept going back and forth between us and the finance guys. He kept shaking our hands and saying congrats. Yeah, well, you haven't beat or even matched the price of the Pilot yet. We also told them that we don't care about APR or monthly payments. We know we can afford that. We kept stressing to them that all we wanted them to do was tell us what their best price was. So what do they do (after 90 minutes)? They tell us they can get us monthly payments of $xxx. Stop. Just stop. Just tell us your price. At the beginning of the 2 hour session Curtis told us he guaranteed he could beat Honda's price. Finally a manager comes over and says, "We can't beat that price." There were so many times during those 2 hours that I just wanted to get up and walk away but my husband has less of a temper than I do and he wanted to see what their best price really was. Well, that's 2 hours of my life I'll never get back. But I now have a beautiful Honda Pilot.

I would like to say my experience of Rick Case in...
I would like to say my experience of Rick Case in Gwinnett was far from desirable. The salesman was extremely unkempt, wouldn't listen to us when we told him what we were looking for and kept showing the opposite of what we wanted. I'm sorry, but my experience of your employee has definitely made me NOT want to buy anything from you. I'll definitely will be passing on my experience to my friends and co-workers.
