Rick Case Hyundai of Duluth

I had horrible experience using Service Department of Rick Case Hyundai Duluth. I would never set my foot inside of this dealership. Sara was very unfriendly, rude and she ignored my wife when she went to pick up her car. They never finished repair on a car. I had to take my car to Rick Case Hyundai Roswell store. Tammy, Service manager, was aggressive on the phone. This is second time when I was there and worked with Sara and second time I had horrible experience. My advise take your car to Rick Case Roswell store you will have great experience there.

We went in without the intention of buying a car, but after test driving the elantra, we got it. Steven was really informative when we discussed the elantra, pulling information about all the other cars on the lot as well as the competition. He was very helpful throughout the whole process. He also checks up on our ride and makes sure to help out if we ever need it.

Buying a car isn't always fun and sometimes it's downright ugly with all of the gamesmanship some dealers engage in. My experience with Rick Case Hyundai was a pleasure. I got a quote from Costco's buying program, took it to the dealership, and Wayne helped me match up the car I wanted with a great price. Randy was very helpful with the test drive and Jessica was great helping out with the delivery of the car on the purchase day. Everyone was incredibly nice, polite, patient, and respectful. Hard to think of any way they could have done better.

The best sales guy I've ever dealt with. Has a very high sense of courtesy. His very explicit explanations made me purchase the car.

I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know. The salesman Hamilton Deuberry was AWESOME! He answered every question that I had. The finance team was a WONDERFUL! They helped me find the vehicle that BEST fit my needs and I am so thankful. I have a 2014 Hyundai Accent! My very FIRST new car! Everyone was friendly. I got a tour of the facilities and had my 1st oil changed appointment set up. I could not have had a better experience!

I've bought many cars in my life and up until this purchase, it has always been a painful experience. Brandon Calvin made buying a car a lot of fun. He was knowledgable and low pressure. I've told my family and friends about him!

I bought my hyundai santa fe from rick case Hyundai in Duluth from Brandon Calvin . I had been shopping around from dealership to dealership but there was just something about the customer service I received from Mr. Calvin that made me want to come back and finish the deal . he was very informative about the vehicle and didn't rush me like most sales men do . I will defiantly buy my next vehicle from him and refer my family and friends to him as well so they can have a great car buying experience like I did .

I came in to help my daughter find a car that was right for her and her needs and we came across the santa fe and it fit her prrsonality and style it was classy and elegant.

My experience today was GREAT! I got my first car today and I love it. Everything was quick and simple and all the details were explained smoothly. I love the deal that comes with my new car. I get my car tuned up and everything covered while I have this car.
