I went in having seen the vehicle I was interested on...

I went in having seen the vehicle I was interested on their website and was greeted by Zack Hanna. We test drove the car right away and went in to discuss payment options. I was very clear with what I was willing to pay and Zack worked with me and was very respectful towards my situation. We were able to work out a deal within an hour and a half and I was then directed to see Zak Warner. He was very friendly and was able to snag us a different finance rate which lowered our payment even more. Overall I was pleased with the sales people. I never felt pressured or disrespected and I look forward to coming back soon to purchase a new Hyundai Santa Fe for my fiance.

Jessica was very easy to work with. We were trading in two cars to buy two new cars and she was very helpful in that process. She was very knowledgeable and never pushy. She even came in on her day off to help us. We already use this dealership for their superb service department and recommend Rick Case to everyone we know.

Jessica did a great job fiinding us a new car. She actually arrived early Sunday before her shift...and saw us walking the lot. She took the initiave to talk with us immeadiately. No pressure, no hassle...she worked hard to get us what we wanted...she is not afraid to walk the lot.

Great service honest

Mike Green was my salesperson. He was thorough,professional, very helpful and the deal ran smoothly and quickly. Rick Case is my dealership. I have been making my car purchases from them for couple years. Highly recommended.

Worst Salesman ever Fred Scott

Fred Scott is the pushiest and most deceitful salesperson I'm ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I worked with him to purchase a new car in what turned out to be a nightmare. The first meeting was not too bad, but Fred was unwilling to show me a 6 cylindar model, stating he did not have one and I really didn't need one. He did not have a model with the options I wanted on the lot, so we went online and picked out all the options I wanted. A week later I received a call saying my car was ready. When I arrived, the car they had had none of the options we discussed and agreed upon. When I brought that up Fred prodeded to tell me that I did not request those options in the first place. No matter what I said he denied everything and we got into a shouting match. I demanded to see the manager to work things out. I had previously traded in my old car, so I had to get something! We went back over the options to be added to the car, but now they said the financing had to be redone. I spent over 2 hours working with finance to get a new price, much higher than the original one! Then after installing the options, they ended up scratching the car. I requested that to be repaired and after a couple of days, I was told it was ready. Unfortunately they had burned through the clear coat on the paint and it had to be done, (after more arguing). It took almost another week to finally get it fixed correctly. I would never work with Fred nor trust an;ything he says.

great experience

Fred Scott was a great help in purchasing my new Santa Fe. Patient, helpful and made the buying experience easy. The color snd options I wanted was not. On the lot but he offered and found the exact car and hsd it brought in in just a couple of days. Follow up has been great too. I have recommended both Fred and the dealership to friends.

Not a positive buying experience

I wanted the car and was hoping for a good deal, but the car dealer did not give me a good deal. Fred gave me the "blue book" value. i was also unhappy to find that the car's manual had been stolen out of the glove compartment by someone employed at Rick Case.
