Worst dealership experience ever.
Worst dealership experience ever. First off don't believe the "we pay you on the spot for your trade" took over 2 weeks, then they had my bronco to "replace my top" when I got back home after they had it a week for the top I found bolts missing when they installed it. Had to order bolts 6$ each to fix that problem, brought it to a managers attention.....no response. Guess the sale is over with so not worried about it.And last they were supposed to transfer my purple heart plates to my new vehicle from my trade.. never happened!! Got regular plates so now I have to sit at the courthouse all day trying to fix there screw up.

Ford AutoNation Katy sold me a bad car
I bought 2022 Ford Explorer in August of 2022 less than six months down the line the check engine light came on I went back to where I bought it Ford AutoNation Katy, referred to another dealer closer to my house. It was discovered that the Catalytic converter had a factory fault and I was told that was the way the light will be coming back on. After a week of fixing, the light came back on. I called the sales lady and she went to one Mark who said I should call when am ready to bring the car because he needed to order the Catalytic converter. I started calling the phone I was given there was always a reason from anyone that picks why Mark was not available to pick call.And ever since then no one is ready to help. I called Ford AutoNation Katy the following week I was passed from one phone no to the other no one was available to talk to me. Eventually I got the Sales manager he took my phone no and promised calling back but he didn't up till now. The lady that sold the car told I will have to call a phone number after she presented me an offer to buy another car and I rejected it, when the one I bought has problem and no one is ready to help out to solve the problem. The check engine light is still on, nobody is ready to help solve my problem. PLS ANY HELP TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM WILL BE APPRECIATED I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. I BOUGHT THE CAR NOT BECAUSE AM RICH BUT TO AVOID GOING ABOUT WITH MY CHILDREN IN A CAR WITH ENGINE ISSUES NOW AM BACK TO SQUARE ONE OF A BAD CAR AFTER PAYING SO MUCH. AM NOT GETTING VALUE FOR MY MONEY FROM FORD AUTONATION KATY. Pls Help meeee
