Probably one of the best dealership experiences.

Probably one of the best dealership experiences. The price of the vehicle purchased was in the right price range and the sales experience was professional and not pushy whatsoever. I'm from San Antonio and I would definitely be going out of my way to go to AutoNation Ford Katy for future sales. Thank You!

Service was great, however, I will have to bring my car back today. The new key is not working at all. it will have to be reprogrammed or replaced.

Great experience purchasing a car

We found the car online and sent a message to the dealership. I was promptly contacted by Mr. Fielding. He was great to work with, very helpful. We traveled to this dealership from Oklahoma. We we arrived I told Mr. Fielding we were driving back home that day. He expedited the sale so we could be back on the road quickly.

Beau was great to work with and did everything to help us

Beau was great to work with and did everything to help us get into the new Expedition Max! He brought several up for us, even though he knew were going to have to order it since we needed an 8 seater.

I have a great service advisor - Daniel - who I deal with each time because I have a fleet of F150's and it is easier for me to go through one person. He is wonderful, funny, helpful and always there for me. He keeps me informed as to what is going on when I have a truck in for repair, texts me when the trucks are ready, available when I have questions. He is a great guy and a great worker and person
