Marcos Yanes was very helpful in negotiating a deal on a 2022 f150. Feel like I was able secure a reasonable deal on the vehicle and Mr. Rasol in the finance office did a nice job explaining the different products available to us and did not try to over sell them when we declined them. We were also able secure a great finance rate through fmc which was nice considering the current credit market. I did notice that I was missing an item related to an option on the truck and have reached out to Marcos about this but I am confident he will resolve this small issue for me.

Good for warranty and recall work. Mario was friendly and knew his stuff. Timely turnaround, but forgot to text me when done. No big deal, as it was easy to get a status update.

I was new to fleet work when I started with my division.

I was new to fleet work when I started with my division. I definitely was not used to getting the cars in for state inspections, problems etc. Thankfully my first trip to the Autonation Dealership service department I met Daniel (Larenti), he has been my go to person. He helped me, answered my questions, keeps me informed. It has made my job so much easier. The dealership is clean, friendly and if you have to take your car in for service etc. this is one I do not mind going to

I purchased a Bedliner and installation.

I purchased a Bedliner and installation. for my truck direct from ford. My normal dealer wasn’t an option for some reason (thru ford) so I went with Autonation Katy as a result. I’d set up an appointment through fords website, and arrived at the dealership the day of the appointment. The service rep there was unable to provide me with a timeline for the installation (will it take days? A week?) which would make arranging for a replacement vehicle difficult. They stated a service manager would be the only one to be able to answer that. So, I left, as I need my vehicle for work, and wanted an idea of the timeline I’d be without the vehicle. Trying to schedule the follow-up appointment was a nightmare. I believe I made over a half dozen calls, and every time I was told a service manager needed to call me back (never did) - and I even was sent to voicemail, and left voicemails that were never replied to. Eventually, I went in to the location in person, and made a new appointment. They were still unable to give me a timeline; but at this point I didn’t care, and I dropped my vehicle off a few days later for installation. Once dropped off, everything was fine. It actually only took them a few hours; so I was able to pick the car up the same day, and it looks like they did a good job. My complaint, really; is just the lack of knowledge, or communication from the reps.

2021 ford 250 super futy

Bought this truck and extended warranty bumper to bumper but when hidden damage was discovered was told bed cover was not closing even though truck certified and I paid extra for warranty cause it was aftermarket add on them opening tailgate it was scratched in very bottom concealed when closed then although report said no previous accident the passenger door front is wavy like tepaited and 4th vehicle I?ve bought here in last 5 years
