I had service needed for F150 and I called to make an appointment. They had an opening the following day and when I arrived, Buddy, in the service department took great care of me. They diagnosed my problem for my pickup truck and called me promptly to go over the resolution. I got the truck back the same day and it runs great. I am so pleased with the treatment I received from the dealership and Buddy in the service department.

Amir is more than a salesman, he is respectful and professional all around. Amir respectfully followed my lead while taking my time to decide on my new auto. I called to only test drive a vehicle, not talk financing, next day I pulled up in lot, hopped in new ride and test drove. Then went home to think about my options. No pressure from Amir. Trade in appraisal was smooth and fair. Few days later my decision was made, Jaime in financing was awesome, he's honest and answered all questioned. I've purchased several cars in my time and AutoNation Ford Katy is topnotch customer services I have ever experienced!
