I spoke over the phone with Paul Jones and he helped me with a vehicle for about a week until it came in. When I came in to take delivery, he had everything ready to go and it was a super quick process with no stings or gimmicks.

My sync navigation was not working.
My sync navigation was not working. Autonation Katy repaired it the same day I brought it in and also replaced a windshield wiper motor recall!

Do not deal with sonny the finance manager.
Do not deal with sonny the finance manager. Threw in packages that he said “ are included with price of the truck”. Got home and it added over 4K to my price.

I was satisfied with my service. I took my car to get my oil changed and they notified me that I had a recall on my vehicle and added that to my service. It did not take too long for them to perform both services
