West Herr Jeep was good but I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with your partner West Herr Kia. They were dishonest, treated me no respect and found every excuse possible not to address my needs. I want to hold onto the belief that West Herr Jeep will hold honest to their word (although I failed to have you put it in writing) that West Herr Jeep will write me a a check for 3,000.00 as Kia is responsible for engine ceasing as part of recall so my car trade-in value worth once Kia repairs it 6,000.00. Again my experience with Darren was good not on him that I had put money down on a car in the Jeep lot that had actually already been sold. So far current 2020 Jeep i ended up with had been satisfactory
