Ryan Smith is one of the most personable salesman’s I’ve ever met. He has a great personality and is great to work with. I didn’t feel taken advantage of when I was trying to figure out which Jeep I wanted to get into especially being a young women who went to the dealer by themselves not knowing much. He thoroughly explained every answer to my questions, with patience and it was so appreciated. I 10/10 recommend going to Ryan!

Before buying a car, make sure that they sell you a car in good condition. I bought a jeep and since I bought it, it has been a problem. They never have an answer. I am considering looking for a good lawyer and suing. I do not recommend them.

This past week I had the pleasure of working with 3 of the most understanding, professional sales/finance individuals I have ever encountered in the world of auto sales, Veronica Lorenze, Larry Seivert and Liza Damiani. My wife and I were dealing with a family issue and needed to upgrade one car as soon as possible, needing a Jeep. On a referral, I was introduced to Veronica, a Toyota rep by trade, who immediately stepped up, placing me in contact with Larry. After a test drive with Veronica, Larry took over and answered all questions (and challenge him I did). After a bit of back and forth (all mine) Larry arranged for me to speak with Liza. Liza calmed the waters. She erased EVERY hesitation that we had. She sealed the deal. These 3 folks, to me, represented the best service West Herr offers. They paid attention to every concern I had, even going above after hours. I now have 3 new friends in addition contacts in the auto sales world

Ryan was great. Spent a lot of time, listened to what was important to me and wasn’t at all pushy. The only negative was too much pressure to purchase a service contract.

I would like to Express my thanks to the Service Dept. at West Herr, for their communicating and getting the Job done. I would highly recommend them as a Great Dealership to do Business with, in all aspects.
