Jason is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. Very congenial. I bought my last Lexus in Florida, and was not given even a fraction of the information on how to operate the vehicle as Jason gave me. He went over everything. I think Northside Lexus has a winner in their employee, and I think I got a winner when my son open the door for me and we walked into your dealership because we we were greeted by Jason.

Needham was the outstanding! My entire new car purchasing experience was above stellar service. Working with Caleb with finalizing the paperwork and Thiam with the bew car technology was not rushed and allowed me to ask questions. Needham followed up with me the next day to touch basis with me and to see if I had any questions or concerns. The Northside Lexus dealership itself made me feel as if I was apart of a new car family and not just another customer purchasing a vehicle from them. This is my fourth luxury vehicle however this was my first time having a total experience that was superb and I will not be purchasing from anyplace else besides Northside Lexus and Needham who was open and honest and Caleb who catered to my financial needs and customized vehicle package options just for me not pushing me to purchase options that were not to my liking. Excellent job to Northside Lexus focusing on customers and not treating us like we’re purchasing luxury vehicles with a standard approach but with an individual one. I’m so glad that I continue my new vehicle purchase with Lexus Northside and Needham Shotwell we set the bar high when it comes to car sales. I’m a Lexus Northside owner for life now and only working with Needham and Caleb who were very personal and professional. I feel that my sales person Larry was great. He was not too pushy. He let me make my own decision without pressuring me. The finance person Darell on the other hand was a little bit curt and borderline rude once I told him I had my own financing. I could see the disappointment on his face, which I can understand however, it was not appreciated. *He told me the only way to pay with check or cashiers and that I would have to drive 45 minutes to an hour back to Northside Lexus to pay my down payment. My sales person went to talk to someone who allowed me to send a wire transfer the following day. * he also told me I would not be able to take the car home if I didn’t pay the down payment at that time.

I submitted a request online and Austin Marshall replied with a quote. I accepted and authorized a deposit for my RX 350. Came in to pick up the vehicle on a Saturday, but Austin was off that day, so John Breaux helped me when I came in. I take my time and other people's time seriously, and everything was efficient and to the point. Simple, efficient, no hassle. Both Austin and John went above par. Excellence in every way!
