I have and older (2003) MDX that runs and looks great, because of the great and continual use of the Service Department at Findlay Flagstaff...Just had the brakes done ...it was less costly than using Mienike or Brake Masters... They get me and the car in and out in record time and are always nice, very nice. Waiting room is always clean and has coffee and goodies available... Everyone is great ,,,nice,,, best car experience I've had in Flag and I've lived here over 70 years...

Was on vacation and my vsc, check engine light came on....
Was on vacation and my vsc, check engine light came on. Went to Findlay to get checked out. Laura, service mgr, said take a seat, will scope & tell you whats wrong within an hour; mine was 10th car in line. 49 minutes later Laura was back saying catalitic converters needed replacing but could do it after I get home, so only lost 1 hr of vacation. Cost was $66 and I was happy to pay. Thank you Laura!

I have never had a decent experience at this dealership....
I have never had a decent experience at this dealership. I have never felt like a valued customer and Leslie in the service department is particularly rude. I have been taken advantage of and had "the wool pulled over my eyes" from my first appointment. For example, during my first service appointment I was told that my tires were rotated and inspected. However, I had had a slow leak in my driver side front tire for a few days before my appointment. The day after my maintenance appointment, my tire was low. Not only did it need air, but it was still in the same location as before my appointment, the driver side front tire. So not only did they not rotate my tires, they did not inspect them. So what DID they do? This is only 1 of my dismal experiences at this dealership. I would not recommend to anyone.

I have wanted a new prius so I went online decided to put in for quote and it was that easy. Josh did all the numbers through email and we did everything by phone and email. When I came in the process was easy. Between josh and Jon when I got to the dealership I year drove it signed the paperwork and was out the door in my new car no hassle. Thank guys and I love my new car!

great service easy car buying process
We just bought our second car from them. And it was great. The finance made it easy and since we put in a quote online all we had to do was sign paperwork and we were out the door in about an hour.

The best customer service
My son wanted an FJ for his 17 birthday and we had promised if he got good grades we would buy one. They took really good care of us. Shawn the manager helped us find a used fj in great condition we could afford and make our sons birthday the best ever. Thanks for helping us out he loves his car!
