Everyone was really great. The managers Sean and John were great. They made sure our sales guy did everything to make our car buying process smooth and painless. We love our truck!

Well I had an older camry and I have wanted a new one for a long time. Finally my husband said yes! The customer service was great and shawn the manager was great worked with us and was able to get us in a newer used camry at a price my husband was happy with. It only had 30000 miles on it and I love it. Thanks shawn and josh you guys are great!

We bought a used truck. My husband and I had been looking for a used tundra and oneday we just decided to see what we could find. We are so excited to finally have a truck that we can fit the whole family in! Sean the manger worked with us until we could get a payment we could afford and still get our dream car. My wife and i had been looking to buy a new family car for months. We finally decided on a 4 runner. This was our first new car purchase and they made it so easy. Our sales guy was great and took his time with us thanks Josh! They even worked with us on our down payment and made the process as painless as possible and we love our new car! We can finally take the entire family on road trips including the dog!

If I could give no stars I would...they are flat out 100% crooks...I walked on them and you should too...go to the Phoenix area or cottonwood, Prescott or show low...these guys are crooks...100% dishonest...I drove two hours and had a verbal deal..they jacked the price 5000 dollars during my drive...Jon tellez is a crook...he is on a high horse and told me "that's the price I don't negotiate". "your wasting my time". He is a salesman keep in mind...that sells cars...don't waste your time...I beg you...go elsewhere...run from that place...run run run...again run run run...I mean car salesman have a reputation Findaly Toyota takes that reputation and lives up and surpasses it...verbal agreements mean nothing to these people...NOTHING...please help put them out of business Ina quality place like flagstaff...there is no room for crooks like that there

I purchased a Prius V5 from Findlay in May of 2012. My first visit to the dealership, I had the displeasure of Benjie. He assisted me with a test drive and tried To answer questions but, his information turned out To be mostly incorrect. I spoke with the Manager, trying to get a trade in quote. He was distant and difficult. Finally , after deciding to leave the vehicle and get Lunch, I received at trade in quote. I left Benji assured He would be calling soon with offers for my new Prius V5. No call. I called back, same thing, nothing. Frustrated, I decided to go down to the dealership Then Chuck entered the situation . Professional, friendly and responsive. He ushered us to new Prius. Thanks Chuck.

I walked in to see the Prius 5 and walked out driving one off the lot. The experience was the best I have ever had with buying a new car. We are sincere Toyota owners as we have been purchasing different makes and models since 1980s. I found John the sales rep to be absolutely wonderful! He bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied. He is great at his job and it shows. Mr. Mcbride was kind, patient, attentive, and showed me the perks and plusses of my new car. I also want to mention the gentleman that put all the final signing paperwork together he too was kind and efficient! I am extremely satisfied and grateful for this experience and I will be sure and pass the word to shop with Findlay Toyota!!!!!!!

I decided to purchase a small used car for gas and mileage reasons. I watched the used car ads for about a month and decided that the Toyota Corolla in their online ad might be just what I wanted. I called NIck to find about interest rates and set up an appointment to test drive 2 different ones. I chose the first one. The last time I purchased a vehicle was 2000 and times have changed. I was treated very well, they answered all my questions, and I walked away with a good deal and a pleasant experience. I would recommend Findlay Toyota to anyone. I am looking forward to continuing pleasant experiences as my car gets serviced in the future.
