Thank you for wonderful service job on my 2011 Toyota Highlander! Professional team :) I thought my service was fast and efficient. I also always feel like I am not being taken advantage of!! Thank you!!!

Initially, my sales experience was great. Joe Gray was my sales rep, and he fully fullfilled his obligations of getting us into a car that I wanted, and had gave me GREAT service. It was after the sale that things were not so well. It started with my radio, right after purcasing, I realized the CD player was not working, I called they agreeed to fix it under warranty ... except NO ONE would order it ... after waiting nearly a month, I had to call the parts department myself to get the part ordered after several failed attempts through others. When the new radio came in, it was time for my oil change, they put in the new radi, changed the oil and rotated the tires... the tires were off balance... and I had to take it back TWICE to have them balanced correctly. THEN they noticed a rear main seal was leaking (mind you I JUST purchased this car as a CERTIFIED PRE OWNED!!!!) They said they LOST my certification work, and I had to bring it back to have it fixed. After fixing the rear main seal, we noticed ANOTHER leak ... turns out this was the transmission seal... STILL NO CERTIFICATION paperwork!!! They fixed the transmission seal, which took nearly two weeks!!! I find out recently, five months after I bought my car, they NEVER certified it!!!! Luckily I had a friend that works at another dealership that was able to look up this information for me. When I confronted them with this, they decied to purchase me a warranty out of their pocket.... which is what they should of done to begin with!!!! Bottom line is my experience has been horrible, I have never had so much trouble purchasing a car in my life, communication sucks there, no one talks to eachother and the only way to make sure anything got done was to call and make sure myself. Like I said, Joe was great.. I cannot complain about him, but the service department sucks, customer service and communication, and the back end, whoever handles the warranty really dropped the ball. I am very dissapointed in my experience. I wanted to buy local to support the Flagstaff community, but this experience makes me NEVER want to by there again, or recommend anyone else to.

had a perfect car buying experience.....really!

After many months of considering various makes and models of cars, we narrowed our search to a 4runner or highlander. Randy Waites and Jonathan Gould were thorough, efficient and fun to be around. We appreciated their knowledge and ability to help determine the right car for the right price. (AND presented us with a good price for our trade-in) Thank you for your no pressure, no hassle, patient approach....we drove away as very satisfied customers eager to recommend you.

Knowledgable and helpful sales people.

When I came in to buy a car a Findlay Toyota I was taken back by how helpful and courteous everyone at the dealership was. I felt like I was not pushed into buying a car but more informed about the vehicles. The sales person that helped me was very nice and not pushy. I will be back to buy my next vehicle. I am glad that I came to this dealership. I will be back again.

Amazing Experience

We recently bought an FJ here and had the BEST experience we have EVER had when purchasing a vehicle. Randy Waites was our sales consultant and he was amazing!! He was patient and knowledgeable!!! We loved him!! Jon Tellez helped to make the deal possible and was also wonderful to work with!! Tim Tapia wrapped it all up and was great!! Wonderful experience, would highly recommend them to everyone!!!

I had a great experience at Findlay Toyota Flagstaff. Randy Waites was my Sales Consultant when I bought my new 2013 Tacoma. He brought a level of experience and professionalism to the table, took care of all my needs and helped me get into the truck I wanted. Felt good to ring that bell! I will highly recommend Findlay Toyota and Randy Waites to my friends and family. Thanks again for everything!

I recently bought a car from Findlay Toyota in Flagstaff...

I recently bought a car from Findlay Toyota in Flagstaff and found them to be very good. They have a good range of inventory on the lot, including new and used cars. I was especially impressed with my sales person, Randy Waites, and I would strongly recommend him. He listened carefully to my needs, showed me several different models over a range of prices and let me test drive each one for comparison. He focused on providing very helpful information and advice without being unnecessarily pushy, and he was quite prepared to spend time answering questions and discussing prices. I took a few days to reach my decision, while I researched the vehicles, and during that time he responded quickly to any questions I sent him by e-mail. When I checked other dealers to check prices for comparable vehicles he also carefully the details on any cars that I was interested in, and made me a better offer. He obviously enjoys working with his customers and ensuring they are comfortable with their choice. I am very happy with the vehicle I bought and with the service Randy provided. I’d very happily go back to him in the future.

Director of Safety / PIne Canyon

This has been by far the best buying experience I have had purchasing fleet vehicles. We purchased two cars from Findlay Toyota / Honda of Flagstaff Arizona. Last year we purchased a 2012 Honda CRV and this year we purchased a 2013 Toyota Tacoma Patrol truck. I have been very impressed with the professional process and their response to our bidding requirements. Mark Monthofer has given Five-Star plus customer service in all areas and continues to do so with periodic vehicle service requirements. We corresponded by e-mail, as my time is very valuable, and Mark has been very expedient in offering answers to all our questions. He gave us the best possible pricing and was true to his word.
