Beautiful dealership

Bought new 2015 F150! Jason is a great salesperson. We enjoyed working with him. We went to Santa Fe Ford first, but they didn't want to let us test drive the new F150! Jason never hesitated and we ended up purchasing. Everyone should go to Rountree first!

Great Service

I had my oil changed and my tires rotated. Plus I had my vehicle cleaned (vacuumed and washed). Kelly (the service guy who assisted me) keep giving me updates on what was being done to my truck and how much longer it would be. Kelly was friendly and a great person to work with.

Pleased Customer

This dealership is very honest and personable. I've had nothing but positive experiences since buying my Lincoln MKX in 2011. They are always concerned, fair and most of all expeditious with completing any repairs if needed.

Person buying the car

I purchased a 2015 Lincoln MKX. The sales staff was very kind and helpful. I gave the salesman all the information they needed to do the paperwork before we were to arrive at the dealership. We took advantage of the .09% and financed $20,000 on the car. Not only was the paperwork not ready when we got there, but it took a very long time for the finance person to get the paperwork done. The finance person did not say if there was a computer problem, etc. but the wait for paperwork was a little extreme. Over all the experience was good. Love the car!

The best of the best is at Roundtree Moore Ford.

The body shop employees were professional especially Angela and the Geico representative Ron. Great customer service and smooth transition to enterprise for rental. I am so pleased with those people who work in that body shop. They did an excellent job. I will be back in March to re-simonize the escape.Thank you for great leadership and management at Roundtree.I am happy! I will refer other to my internet salesman Jason. He is the best of the best!

Ford F150

I purchased a 2014 F150 XLT. The staff was exceptional! Because I was driving in from Tallahassee, they stayed late on a Friday night to make the deal happen. This is my second purchase from a Rountree dealership in the past year.
