I decided to visit this dealership after seeing an Acura that would fit my needs on their website. They were quick to respond that the vehicle in question had just sold but invited me to come by and take a look at their inventory. After a few emails, John Scullin suggested a Volvo that would fit my needs. I went down to take it for a test drive and decided to make the purchase. John was very helpful with financing and they even have a Farmers Insurance Agent on site who was extremely helpful in getting me set up with a policy I was happy with. I would highly recommend this dealer - you cannot beat their customer service, including Steve in the service department. He made sure my Volvo was in perfect condition and ready to go.

I just purchased my first car. I was quite hesitant to look anywhere after dealing with pushy name brand car dealerships and their aggressive, high-pressure tactics. Here, however, I felt comfortable to look, ask questions, and make my decision. Everyone was friendly, informative, and supportive in what could have been far more frightening and risky had I gone to a different place in search of my first car.

I would definitely recommend JLS to anyone wishing to purchase a car. The staff here are not only friendly, they're extremely efficient! I saw the car online, gave it a test drive & then drove away with my new car all in about 1.5 hrs! All in all a very positive experience!

First, I hate car shopping. Hate it with a passion however after reading the reviews I decided to give Smith Used Cars a shot. I drove from Delaware to meet them and let me say that my mind has been changed about car buying. These guys are awesome and super easy to deal with. They don't sell the car. The car sells itself, they just help you with the transaction. Matt was great to work with and I hope to get my next car here.
