Prompt attention upon arrival. Thorough explanation of maintenance options and associated costs for my visit. Friendly atmosphere. Nice waiting area with wifi. Checked on status of repairs per my request. Notified me via voice and text after completion of maintenance. Handed keys and discussed work after completion of maintenance.

Great job and great people
Very friendly and helpful staff. The gal behind the counter heard mention a problem I was having with a rear seatbelt clip; she immediately went outside and fixed it. Prices for parts and service are very reasonable. You're doing a great job, keep it up.

Excellent customer service
OMAR, the sales consultant, was great. He really went the extra mile. He was courteous, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciated him staying over his work schedule to help me with the lease. This is my third KIA at the same dealer, always excellent service.

Great experience!
We just stopped by to look at cars and found one we liked. We had purchased a car at 1st Kia from Ben Villalpando 3 years ago and he just happened to help us again. He is a great guy and helped us get the deal we were comfortable with. Buying cars is our least favorite thing to do because of experiencing shady salesmen in the past, but both purchases with Ben at 1st Kia were great!
