Excellent Customer Servie
We had an excellent experience helping our daughter buy a car. Our salesperson, Omar, was great. He answered all of our questions and was very patient while we waited for our daughter to meet us when she was off work. I would definitely recommend First Kia

Great service, friendly staff
The overall friendly aspect with the staff. Everyone was so helpful. Helped me get an appointment quickly. Work on my car and was done in a decent time period. Only the lounge was comfortable and was relaxing to wait in.

Excellent Customer Service
This was my first visit to the Simi Valley location. I was impressed with the customer service and how comfortable the waiting area is. They offered bottled water, tea and coffee while I waited and thoroughly explained everything I needed to have done to my car. I will be back!

Great service, friendly staff
The service staff is friendly. My car is washed after services are performed. An update was due on my car and they were able to do the update while my car was there. The lounge is comfortable with good coffee. In addition, I needed help getting Pandora to play through my phone and a salesperson was kind to help me with that as soon as my car was ready. He was enthusiastic about helping me out. This dealer looks for ways to make the service experience a "10."

Happy with My New Sportage
The employees at First Kia listened to what I wanted. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. When I was ready to buy, I came in and they treated me like a Queen. I'd done my homework, and the process of buying my new Kia Sportage was painless. My salesman, Derrick, was extremely polite, and took his time showing me the mechanics of my car. I've leased two Kia Souls, and this was my first Kia purchase. I'm moving, and needed a reliable, comfortable vehicle for commuting. They score a huge 5***** with me, and I'll always recommend Kia vehicles.
