Awesome Service with a smile!

The staff is pleasant and attentive to your needs.My car is delivered back washed and ready to go in the time they said it would be. Very pleased .Nice waiting room too!

Great service
My salesman was extremely helpful. He listened to what I was looking for and what I was not. He did everything to help me find the perfect car. The whole process was quick and easy. I felt like he was trying to get me the best deal possible, and he did. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Great Dealership
Micky is the best...from the moment we arrived at 1st Kia (Tue./Wed. 8/26-27/15 can't remember!), we were greeted and treated like royalty. Micky listened to my husband and me, did not pressure us in any way, and as a result, we purchased my new Kia Soul ! the following Friday, 8/28/15!!!

Great service excellent caring employees
Very friendly and kind sales and manager. I felt completely safe and taken care of during the whole process. There was no typical sales pressure that new buyers often hear about from car sales associates. It was a casual environment. I felt like I was with family. I appreciate all their hard work and getting best possible deal with payments I can afford.

Excellent service, helpful staff
The staff is friendly and helpful in explaining different facets of the service process. I only brought my car in for an oil change and to have a prior check engine light looked at. They were done before I knew it and gave me information regarding the check engine light and what to do next time it comes on.

Best new car buying experience ever!! Better than Honda
Went in to purchase white kia soul. Was offered brand new one that they were pulling the plastic off of while I checked it out. It was exactly what I wanted and there was a no pressure atmosphere. I felt like I was with family members instead of the typical sales one usually encounters at a car dealership. They worked with my poor credit rating and I didn't feel uncomfortable or awkward being that I have bad credit. I am so glad I went to kia Simi Valley. Don't go anywhere else!
