Great service! No problems.

The Service Advisor, Justin Goldenberg, was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Offerred me a beverage for my wait, answered my questions and provided some useful information. Great service!

Service people are friendly and always greet with a smile. They take the time to really get to know their customers. Robyn ALWAYS remembers my name and asks about my kids, also by name. BRAVO!

Great Service with a Smile!

My Service Advisor Robyn is great to work with, she is extremely helpful and friendly. The Shuttle Driver Christopher was also very nice and I enjoyed his company on the shuttle trip.

Reliable and timely service!

First Kia Simi Valley service center is very reliable and that's why I always bring my Kia there! The service is quick and I am always being updated on my car either by email or phone!

I was in and out with my new Kia in 3 hours, I have never spent less than 5 hours at a car dealer. My salesman Omar was extremely helpful and thoroughly explained all the features on my new car

Great service

I was treated with courtesy and friendliness from the very moment I walked into the part and service department. The two young men, German, and Justin, were more than helpful and did all they could to expedite the service I needed, which was simply to get another remote and two extra keys for my Sedona. Especially given the fact that I know you've been understaffed of late, I have to use the word, "superbly" for the way I was served by those two young men.
