Service

You heard my concerns. Answered my questions and handled all the needed work in a good pace. I came to you with need of diagnostic checks for multiple concerns after a water main break caused hidden problems. I did not want to drive a vehicle that was showing electrical malfunctions. I take warning lights seriously. I have always had excellent maintenance and great service from First Kia. I drove away feeling confident that my vehicle was safe and operating at its best once again.

Amazing staff

Staff made me feel like I mattered. Very pleasant and personal. Very clean and accommodates their clients/customers like no other. Better than the big name dealers.

Excellent Service!!!

The service attendant was helpful and polite. They shuttled me back to work and picked me up when my car was ready. This is excellent service.

This service was just a oil change. i liked the free car wash and the shuttle that took me home so i didn't have wait for the car.

Debbie and Robin were extremely helpful. They informed me that my problem was a warranty item but a part needed to be ordered. I am bringing the car back tonight to have it installed tomorrow.

Awesome dealership!

Eian Yarborough was great! He really connected with not only me, but my 16 year old son who was in the market for his first car. Very knowledgeable about the product. The sales managers really worked with me as well.
